A portable foot pump and tap allow people to wash hands under running water in the field. The spout portion can be clipped to a bucket (shown (bucket not provided)) or lashed to a tree. The pipes should be washed occasionally with dilute bleach solution to prevent mildew buildup. Also the plastic pipes should be hung to dry between uses.
